yeah google told me I had a gallbladder problem last night

Yeah, oh god, they finally need to build scanners into our computers so we don’t have to move for a diagnosis.
Two other things I liked were:
Lung Cancer
Severe Pneumonia
And the warnings:
If you have troubles with breathing go see a doctor immediately!
If you have troubles with eyesight GO SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY!
YOU COULD BE DEAD ALREADY WITHOUT REALIZING IT.
