Losing a lot of weight doesnt sound good D: In terms of sweet recipes, Milk and eggs can usually be replaced by Soya/Almond milk and banana respectively. Nuts and nut butters can help to prevent a severe weight loss too D:

I know she uses soya/almond milk. Not sure about the nut butter. But I will tell her that. She is still nursing her child and he is allergic to all of those things. So far all I know is that she figured out how to make pancakes and muffins /priorities

A friend of mine recently had to stop eating milk and egg products due to an allergic reaction. She is still looking for good recipes. Has anybody got some good sites or recipes overall for that?
She lost so much weight the past couple of weeks and I think that usually you don’t when you switch?
Anyway any help would be appreciated.
